Tony Nation

Tony Nation, age 67 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Friday, May 23, 2025 at Cumberland County Hospital. Tony was born on December 14, 1957 in Hawaii to the late Berel Nation and Lucy Riddle Nation. He was a member of Sexton Fork Baptist Church, was a longtime farmer and loved hunting. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three granddaughters Allyson and Aubrie Cross and one other unnamed infant grandchild and three sisters Brenda Nation, Linda Nation and one other infant sister. 

Survivors Include:
His Wife- Lisa Nation of Burkesville, KY
One Daughter- Kristie Cross and her husband Brandon of Burkesville, KY
Special Friend- Phillip Holman of Burkesville, KY
Four Grandchildren- Grayson Cross, Nolan Cross, Oakley Cross, Lincoln Cross
and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service:
Monday, May 26, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in Garner Cemetery.  Family requests visitation Sunday, May 25th from 5 P.M. till 9 P.M. and on Monday from 6 A.M. until time for the service at 2:00 P.M.
