Virginia Gearlds

Virginia Anna Gearlds, age 82 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. Virginia was born on April 11, 1936 in Monroe County, KY to the late William "Bill" Cleary and Lula Bea Murray Cleary. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William Radford Gearlds, one daughter, Barbara Jean Gray, four brothers, Bobby Cleary, J.C. Cleary, James Cleary, Terry Cleary, and one sister, Geraldine Gearlds.

Survivors Include:
Two Daughters- Joyce Shoopman and her husband Carl of Edmonton, KY and Judy Gearlds of Burkesville, KY
Three Grandchildren- Kristi Willen and her husband Lannie, Misty Graham and her husband Clay, and Briana Gray all of Burkesville, KY
Seven Great Grandchildren- Lance Willen, Kenzie Willen, Jon Eric Cash, Gracie Cash, Maddie Graham, Briley Smith, and Sawyer Smith       
Three Sisters- Betty Huckelby of Edmonton, KY, Binnie Graves and her husband Freddy, and Adaline Branham of Tompkinsville, KY
Two Brothers- Wayne Cleary and his wife Charlene, and Larry Cleary all of Burkesville, KY and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral Service:
Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in Burkesville Cemetery.  Family requests visitation on Monday, March 18, 2019 from 4 P.M. until 9 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home.
