Walter Lloyd Cross

Walter Lloyd Cross, age 80 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at his home. Lloyd was born on November 07, 1940 in Clinton County, KY  to the late Elmer Cross and Eva Murphy Cross. Lloyd was a member of Sexton Fork Baptist Church and a retired employee of Mallory's in Glasgow. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Winfred Cross and three sisters, Sue Garrett, Gendalene Gibson, and Mary Dean Smith. 

Survivors Include:
His Wife- Stella Crawley Cross of Burkesville, KY
One Son- Dale Cross(Sandra Dyer) of Burkesville, KY
Four Brothers- Earnest Cross, Allen Cross(Nancy), and Carl Cross(Elaine) all of Albany, KY and Robert Cross of Columbia, KY
Three Sisters- Laura Ellen Sidwell of Indiana, Becky Daniels(Leon) and Shirley Hickman(Wayne) both of Albany, KY
Sister-in-law- Jamah Thrasher of Burkesville, KY
Special Friend- Tommy Hurt and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends also survive.

Funeral Service:

Tuesday, August 03, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in Modoc Cemetery. Family requests visitation on Monday, August 02, 2021 from 4 P.M. till 9 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home
