Willie Cloyd Thrasher

Willie Cloyd Thrasher, age 85 of  Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Friday, December 11, 2020 at Landmark Nursing & Rehab. Cloyd was born on February 01, 1935 in Cumberland County, KY to the late Willie Thrasher and Ellie Flowers Thrasher. He was a retired employee of Precision Tool & Die in Louisville and was a member of Community Baptist Church. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Willie Frances Guthrie Thrasher, one daughter, Janice Thrasher his siblings, Lowell Wray, Tessie Watkins, Herbert Thrasher, Geneva Thacker, Bercie Flowers, Joyce Thrasher

Survivors Include:
Three Sons- John Thrasher and James Thrasher both of Louisville, KY and Jeff Thrasher of Minnesota 
Five Sisters- Nelda Garner of Burkesville, KY Lucille Akin of Glasgow, KY and Oleen Richardson, Marie Perkins, and Anna Wolff all of Louisville, KY
Three Brothers- Lewis Thrasher, Jesse Thrasher, and Matthew Thrasher all of Louisville, KY
Four Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends

Funeral Service:
In accordance with the Governor's Mandate all services will be private with burial in Chestnut Grove Cemetery.
